Application Guidelines & Forms

It is strongly recommended that all event organisers contact the QERDP Secretariat on 1300 881 255 prior to completing an application, to register their interest and discuss their specific application. It is advisable to make this contact well in advance of the Round closure deadline.

Consideration will only be given to applications which include letters of support that clearly demonstrate a commitment of tangible support from local council/s and Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO). This support must be specifically for the event for which funding is sought.

Applications received without these letters will be deemed non-compliant and will not be considered for any type of QERDP funding.

LISTING WITH THE AUSTRALIAN TOURISM DATA WAREHOUSE (ATDW)

Applicants are required to list their event with the ATDW and provide evidence of their listing with their application. There is no cost involved in listing an event with tourism potential to the ATDW.

The ATDW is a national tourism database which feeds information into a broadening network of more than 40 websites.
